Constraid v7.0.0

I just released v7.0.0 of Constraid. This release is small in terms of features however is quite significant.

In this release we now provide support for Swift Package Manager (SPM). This is a huge improvement with the recent support for SPM in Xcode. It already seems to be a superior experience to CocoaPods or even Carthage with a few more edge cases that need to be ironed out. But, hopefully those edge cases will be resolved in the near future.
